Moose, deer, foxes, weasels, pine martens, fishers, mink, groundhogs, and rabbits abound.

We frequently see moose and deer as we drive in and out of camp, and there are many bears and coyotes in the immediate area. Bears and coyotes are very aware of people and stay hidden, so it is a rare treat to see one.

Butterflies and beautiful wildflowers are also plentiful.
